適合申請Start-up Visa (創業簽証)計劃之人士：於英國大學畢業並有意留英創業的學生
有興趣在英國創業的英國畢業大學生，可申請兩年創業簽証，兩年後可申請Tier 1 企業家簽證繼續留英生活。於英國工作滿5年後，並於任何12個月內離境不超過180天，則可以申請英國居留權。
申請資格：
- 申請者希望在英國創業
- 申請者原居地不是住在歐洲
- 18歲或以上
- 証明已完成英國大學課程或通過英文能力測試並達至B2以上程度 (相等於IELTS for UKVI:每項分數不低於5)
- 足夠財力証明能夠負擔在英的生活費 (連續90天必須至少有945英磅存放於個人銀行戶口)
申請者必須得到以下機構去贊同申請創業簽証：
- 英國高等教育機構 或
- 過去有支持英國企業家的商業組織
申請者的創業計畫必須是：
- 全新的生意計劃－不能參與或投資現有的生意
- 創新－生意概念需要創新及有別於市場已有的企業
- 可塑性高－有潛質去擴展企業
獲得創業簽証後，申請者可以：
- 帶同家屬 (伴侶及子女)
- 可轉簽其他類型簽証
- 可從事另一份工作，以及為你的企業工作
