West Buckland School

West Buckland School是位於英國西南部Devon地區的寄宿學校，佔地90英畝，全校約570名學生。學校超過一百五十年歷史，在英國有一定的知名度，同時不斷地投入資源，更新學校設施，2015年一座全新的圖書館落成，而最近亦落成了全新的預科宿舍，提供附設衛生間的房間，讓預科生熟習大學學習環境。

學術方面，學校讓學生培養自信心，以鼓勵態度去令學生樂於參與課堂及課外活動，帶領學生互相扶持，在學術難題上陪伴學生發掘解決方法，讓學生喜歡學習及會學懂紀律的重要性。

學校提供非常豐富而廣泛的課外活動：體育、音樂及藝術活動，讓學生不單成績驕人，而且在各方面都得到均衡發展。大部份學生都參與多類比賽， 學生的合群性、領導及合作能力非常高，這亦是West Buckland School其中一個優點。

West Buckland 現時的國際學生包括德國、西班牙、澳洲、香港、俄羅斯等等20多個國家，整體國際學生佔學校約百分之十五的比例。

West Buckland School was founded in 1858 and is an independent day and boarding school set in 100 acres of beautiful North Devon countryside in the South West of England.

Today, West Buckland is a vibrant school with a strong supportive community, welcoming 600 children aged from three to eighteen years into our Nursery, Preparatory, Senior School and Sixth Form.

Teaching is challenging and stimulating, and the school has a consistently high record of academic achievement. Our students also benefit from exceptional opportunities in sport, music, the performing arts and a whole host of other extra-curricular activities.

The aims and ethos of our school are to enable all pupils to develop the personal qualities, abilities and values which will prepare them to make the most of their own lives and to contribute to society.
